In order to continue this mission, it is essential that payments be received for services provided. By working together, we can minimise billing costs as well as misunderstandings that could be costly to our patients. We ask for your kind assistance in paying your portion of outpatient and inpatient charges at the time of service.   Registration Fee One time charge of B$10   Deposit 1. Other than emergency cases, all patients who are not sponsored by their employers or covered by insurance with prior authorisation, are required to pay deposit before being admitted to the ward. The attending doctor will determine the amount of deposit required. 2. For emergency admission, patient should pay deposit as soon as possible after being admitted. 3. In the case of patient who requires a longer period of stay than expected, additional deposit will be collected. 4. Upon discharge, if the medical bill incurred is less than the deposit paid, the difference will be refunded to the patient. Likewise, if the medical bill incurred is more than the deposit, the patient is required to settle payment of the additional expenses incurred before discharged. 5. In the event of any outstanding bill, JPMC reserves the right to refuse any further treatment or investigation. 6. For MRI, CT Scan, X-ray, and Ultrasound services, all patients except MOH and GJ patients are required to make payment before the services are rendered.   Payment Only cash and credit cards are accepted for payment.
