1.  Each visit includes growth and development assessments and discussion with the doctor regarding any health issues concerning your child. 

2.  Additional free health check at 9 months is included in the package. 

3.  Any extra visits to the doctor during this period are charged extra. 

4.  Any items or services not included in this package are chargeable. 

5.  Registration fees are not included. 

6.  For patients not wanting the package, vaccinations can be obtained as per the need and are charged for the consultation and the vaccine. 

7.  Please note that further boosters are essential at 12-15 months, 18 months, preschool age and for adolescents aged 14-16 years. 

8.  Packages are also available upto 18 months. You may just pay for the additional amount as you go along, provided you are a package holder for the first 6 months.
