CT SCAN

CT scanning is an advanced scan of cross-sectional images of the whole body such as head, chest, abdomen and spine as well other small body parts. CT images show body organs at selected levels and are the visualized equivalent of bloodless slices of the human anatomy.

Stacking individual image slices produces detailed studies or organs.

JPMC is supported by a versatile general radiographic suite and a Helical CT scanner.
